RF Frontiers Team Philosophy

Yes, the RF Microwave industry runs on specifications.

But, we think that's only half the story. In fact, it doesn’t do justice to the true and full work of this amazing industry with which the modern world would not thrive.

At RF Frontiers, we believe the most important conversations in this industry aren't happening on a data sheet. They're happening in the hallways of small and mid-sized businesses, inside startups navigating their first design win, and in the back offices of companies that have spent decades earning, and sometimes losing, their place in the market. Innovation in this space lives and breathes in the SMB world, and we're here to shine a light on it and learn from it.

We built this podcast to go beyond the sales pitch. Our guests are pioneers, makers, leaders, sellers, marketers, and consultants who have real stories to tell. We are interested in go-to-market strategy and tactics, supply chain, operations, quality, HR, manufacturer's representatives, distributors, and yes — technology too. Heck, we’re interested in anything that is a compelling story from which to learn. We want the honest version: motivation, what works, what doesn’t, what they'd do differently, and what they wouldn’t.

If you love this industry and have something genuine to give back to it, you belong on RF Frontiers.
